Tatuí is a self-initiated project born out of objects eliciting a sense of memory, history, and culture. The intimate process of creating Tatui starts with movements and interaction that evolves into research, resulting in the curation of accessories and objects to form a cohesive collection.

This first edition was made in collaboration with a small family factory run by women, all seamstresses, from my hometown Vitória, Brazil. The first collection centers around a small bag, our interpretation of the traditional Brazilian striped travel bag.
